These Terms of Use ("Terms") regulate your access to and engagement with the mobile title Assetto Corsa Competizione (the "Game"), including its website, mobile app, online systems, digital materials, and any connected features or activities (together, the "Services") provided by the development team ("we", "our", or "us"). By using or installing Assetto Corsa Competizione, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not consent, you must refrain from accessing the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• 1.1 Minimum Age: Access to the Services is permitted only to individuals aged 13 or older. Users under 18 may participate solely with verified parental or guardian permission. By continuing, you affirm compliance with this condition.
• 1.2 Accurate Data: You are responsible for supplying truthful, updated, and complete information when registering. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or false identity is not permitted.
• 1.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your login details. All actions taken from your account will be treated as your own activity.

2. Code of Conduct

• 2.1 Integrity: You agree to respect fair competition. The use of cheats, exploits, bots, unauthorized automation, or modifications that interfere with gameplay balance is strictly banned.
• 2.2 Respectful Behavior: You may not intimidate, insult, impersonate, or otherwise harm other participants. Disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory conduct can lead to penalties.
• 2.3 Exploiting Issues: Any discovered error, glitch, or security gap must be reported. Exploiting such weaknesses for advantage may result in sanctions.

3. Virtual Goods & Contributions

• 3.1 Contributions: Assetto Corsa Competizione may allow voluntary support contributions toward continued development. These are optional and not tax-deductible unless specifically indicated.
• 3.2 Virtual Assets: Digital currencies, unlockables, cosmetics, or access passes (including the Rider’s Elite Pass) hold no real-world monetary value. All transactions are permanent and non-transferable, unless refund rights are mandated by local law or platform rules (e.g., Google Play Store policies).
• 3.3 Non-Transferable: Items acquired in-game are tied solely to the purchasing account and cannot be exchanged, gifted, or converted to real-world property.

4. Content Rights & Intellectual Property

• 4.1 Ownership: All content of Assetto Corsa Competizione — including visuals, animations, characters, environments, mechanics, sound, and branding — remains the sole property of the creators or licensed partners.
• 4.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, share, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative products from any element of the Services without prior written approval.
• 4.3 Player Submissions: By providing feedback, suggestions, or creative concepts (such as design ideas or gameplay proposals), you grant us a non-revocable, perpetual license to use and adapt such content to improve the Game.

5. Suspension, Termination & Enforcement

• 5.1 Breaches: We may suspend, limit, or permanently close accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or harmful behavior threatens community safety.
• 5.2 Sanctions: Measures may include temporary restrictions, removal of items, leaderboard adjustments, permanent bans, or, in serious cases, legal proceedings.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

• 6.1 Service Basis: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees regarding uninterrupted use, performance, or compatibility across all hardware.
• 6.2 Liability Limits: To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost progress, corrupted data, or missing virtual assets.

7. Updates and Modifications

• 7.1 Terms Revisions: We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant updates will be announced within the app or on the website. Continuing to use the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
• 7.2 Game Changes: We may add, adjust, or discontinue features without notice. We are not obligated to preserve older devices, mechanics, or content once phased out.

8. Dispute Handling

• 8.1 Applicable Law: These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which our team operates, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
• 8.2 Resolution: In case of disagreements, parties agree to seek informal solutions first. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or small claims court, as allowed by law.
